Looking back on the past few years of my life, I can name multiple instances when I made a decision based on my LONG-TERM GOALS! Now, I am not sure I even knew what my long-term goals were at the time of these decisions; but I knew that my current situation was not what I envisioned for my future.

We grow up saying “I do not want to live paycheck to paycheck”, but our actions say something different.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

There is an EXTENSIVE amount of information, opinions, and statistics about young adults and the use of credit cards. It is NOT a “right of passage” into adulthood. No one wants to be part of a dreary statistic.

I don’t think there is ONE solid definition of what an adult is. I also think the definition changes as years go by and the world, culture, and norms shift from one perspective to another.
